Pre-Order Policy

Product Availability:

All orders, including pre-orders, are subject to product availability. Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date.

Release Date:

Pre-ordered products will be shipped on the release date specified on the product page. Please note that release dates are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Payment:

Payment for pre-ordered products will be processed at the time of purchase. This ensures that your order is secured and will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Method:

Pre-ordered products will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping for pre-orders.

Changes to Pre-Orders:

If you need to make changes to your pre-order, such as updating your shipping address or payment method, please contact us at sales@lakeeze.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delays:

While we strive to ensure that pre-ordered products are shipped on time, there may be unforeseen delays beyond our control. If there are any delays in shipping your pre-order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Standard Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Once the item is available to ship, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are then shipped via UPS standard ground service.

Delivery Time:

UPS typically takes 3-7 business days to deliver after the product has left their facility.

Payment:

Payment for pre-ordered products will be processed at the time of purchase. This ensures that your order is secured and will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 14 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Please contact us immediately at sales@lakeeze.com for assistance.

International Shipping Policy

Duties and Taxes:

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes required by their country of origin. The cost of our products and shipping charges may not cover all fees associated with international shipments. Additional charges may be required to receive your package, including customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

Customs Clearance:

The receiver of the package is responsible for ensuring that the goods comply with local laws and regulations and for paying any additional costs for customs clearance. LakeEze is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Time:

International shipping delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please allow additional time for your package to be delivered.
