Love my LakeEze ladder and love how easy it is to get parts quickly! Thank you
All the holes lined up, all the hardware was there. This is the nicest high quality ladder I've seen on norris lake tn.
I really like the new black powder coat. It looks stunning with the grey treads.
Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the confusion here.
Based on what we’re seeing, it does not appear that any hardware was missing from your ladder. It looks like a bolt may have been installed in the location intended for the latch system, which would result in one remaining hole appearing empty.
If you refer to Step 4 in the installation manual, there is a bolded note that states: “Leave the marked hole empty for using the latch system.” This step, along with the accompanying image, should help clarify the correct placement.
That said, we completely understand how this could be confusing during installation. Our team is always happy to walk through setup step-by-step or answer any questions to make sure everything comes together as intended. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly—we’re here to help.
Looking forward to using this ladder in the summer. We haven't installed it yet but assembled it and the glow in the dark treads are really cool! Great quality and a lot of value for the money spent
